Important Dates:

• 30 April 2025: Last day to submit the vendors & exhibitors application form.

• You can still apply after this date and be placed on the waitlist. If any cancellations occur, we may contact you.

• 1-9 May 2025: You will receive an email confirming whether your participation is accepted (with an invoice) or not.

• 21 May 2025: Last day to make payment for your space.

• If your application is confirmed and you are unable to make payment by this date, please contact us.

• 18 July 2025: Last day to cancel your participation.* Terms & Conditions Applied.
